• Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your session.

• Failure to show up for your scheduled session will result in the session being considered a no-show.

• To make the most of your session, we kindly request that you arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Please be aware that late arrival will not extend the duration of your session.

• If you encounter any unforeseen events that prevent you from attending your session, you have the option to reschedule once, provided you notify us in advance.

• At the studio, additional fees may apply for add-on services such as accommodating extra guests, extending the session time, printing photos, or obtaining download files.
